Established in 2002, B & B Pumping Services has grown from a small-town operation to one of East Hawai‘i’s most trusted septic and cesspool service providers. Proudly based in Hilo, we’ve spent over two decades earning the trust of homeowners, businesses, and farmers by showing up when it matters most-and doing the job right the first time.

As a division of 2B Environmental Inc., B & B continues to operate with the same hands-on, community-first spirit it was founded on. We know that living in Hawai‘i comes with unique challenges-heavy rain, remote access properties, and aging systems. That’s why our team is trained, equipped, and committed to delivering fast, clean, and lasting septic solutions designed specifically for island life.

How We Got Started

Our story began with a single pump truck and a desire to provide better, faster service for our neighbors in Hilo and the surrounding communities. Word spread quickly: we showed up on time, didn’t leave a mess, and charged fair prices.

From there, our reputation grew-and so did our capabilities. Today, we operate a fleet of service vehicles, offer same-day septic tank cleaning, and provide expert support for cesspool cleaning, storm drain jetting, and dry well maintenance across the east side of the Big Island.
